k..will keep this short and sweet...wrecked my vehicle the 15th of december...broke my back spent over 2 weeks in various hospitals and progressive refuses to pay the bills when i asked for full coverage insurance...now...2 months later...they still have my truck for repairs at "their authorized shop" and are refusing to repair my front driver side fender because of "previous damage"..have shown the adjuster pictures from when i bought the truck and insurance policy and the fender was right...still refusing to repair..so..all in all...if you have progressive, get rid of it...if you dont have it, dont buy it EVER
